About the Role:

As a Sales Enablement Learning Design Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing a variety of sales enablement training programs, courses, and assets. Your work will play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our sales teams, helping them perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Curriculum Development:

  • Define the scope, objectives, and storyboards for training programs and learning paths to meet the evolving needs of our sales team.

  • Design interactive assets, courseware, and videos using adult learning principles that cater to diverse learning styles and international audiences.

  • Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to create and refine content.

Content Creation:

  • Write, develop, and update lesson content for a variety of formats, including e-learning and on-demand courses.

  • Create visually appealing slide decks and engaging learning experiences, including interactive activities and assignments.

  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and certifications to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

  • Produce and edit video and podcast content, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, and voiceover work.

  • Design logos, diagrams, infographics, and process flowcharts to enhance learning programs.

  • Manage and upload courses to Workday Learning, Highspot, and other LMS and CMS platforms.

Learning Assessment & Consulting:

  • Conduct needs analysis to evaluate skills gaps and recommend training, enablement, and coaching solutions.

  • Work with program managers to measure the success of learning programs using the Kirkpatrick model.

  • Provide advice and consulting to improve enablement programs based on learning best practices.

    Requirements

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.

  • Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and well-organized content, diagrams, and slide decks.

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an easily understandable format.

  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Clari, and Outreach.

  • Proficiency with design tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Ability to manage work in a remote environment, balancing multiple projects, and prioritizing time effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
