Amergis Lab Supervisor- Blood Bank in Chicago, Illinois

$85/ hour

Position: LabSupervisor- Blood Bank

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $85/hour

Schedule Options:

  • Full time

  • 7a-3:30p

    Weekend Requirements: Everyother

    Duration: 3 months,opportunity for extensions

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Technology or applicable scientific field of study from an accredited college or university

  • Must qualify as a Medical Technologist as defined by the Illinois Clinical Laboratories Code

  • Six (6) years of full time professional work experience with clinical expertise in blood bank

  • Two (2) years of which include administrative, technical and/or lead oversight for the delivery of clinical laboratory services

  • National certification as a Technologist through ASCP, AMT, or AAB is mandatory

    Additional Details:

  • Contractor orientation will be 4 hours and paid at Chicago minimum wage (16.20)
