They are seeking a Legal Recruiting/DEI Specialist to handle Chicago recruiting efforts in addition to managing their professional development and campus recruiting programs. You will work closely with the Chicago based partners as well as the national recruiting team in a friendly and collaborative environment with room to make the role your own!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee DEI initiatives and collaborate with the DEI Committee.
• Manage DEI event logistics, follow-ups, draft progress reports and monitor the DEI budget.
• Collaborate on attorney recruiting strategy with Firm Leadership.
• Source and recruit candidates using various platforms, review applications and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and draft offer letters.
• Promote inclusive recruiting practices and assist with onboarding lateral associates.
• Support campus interview programs and law school outreach.
• Coordinate candidate evaluations and selections.
• Organize law student outreach activities.
• Assist with onboarding and engagement of Summer Associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree required
• 3+ years\' experience in attorney recruiting and/or DEI initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
