Smithbucklin, a 650-person, employee-owned professional services company with more than 70 years of success serving the association market, with primary offices in Chicago and Washington, D.C. is looking for a Membership & Operations Education Associate to join our Association Management Unit in our Chicago office. The Education Associate plays an integral role in supporting and guiding the nonprofit volunteers and members from our client organizations.

What You Will Do...
Serve as the primary contact for education-related member inquiries, managing the education inbox and resolving technical difficulties with purchasing and accessing education products and continuing education.
Provide administrative and project support to the client and staff team, including updating products in the learning management system (LMS)
Pull evaluations and reports to support program improvement and member satisfaction
Support the collaboration of speakers, reviewers, and volunteers to achieve educational goals and program development
Assist in the planning and execution of webinars and educational content, ensuring high-quality delivery and accessibility
Maintain and update internal operations and organizational documents

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0-1 years of relevant professional experience, to include customer service and/or administrative support experience
Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to travel 5% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Practical agency or nonprofit experience is a plus
Experience with webinar platforms and virtual event tools
Database management experience is a plus
