We are currently looking for a full time Sales LDP (Leadership Development Program). This position is a rotational role, receiving on-the-job training while working in multiple manufacturing plant locations. First rotation (approximately 9 months to 1 year) is in Chicago Corporate office. Final rotation will be a 6-month placement in a production plant (i.e. Brooklyn, NY; Menasha, WI; Spartanburg, NC, etc.). SLDP program includes learning from a Sales Rep TC mentor. \ \ During the Plant rotation, the Sales Leadership Development Program Emerging Leader will support the converting production departments in helping to lead and direct engineering and continuous improvement projects involving production teams and employees in all manufacturing plant departments; may plan and assign work, ensure quality production and maximum efficiencies, enforce policy and procedures, recommend and implement improvements in production methods, participate in team activities.\
