What you will do:
Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation, maintenance, and teardown of jobs.
Confer with supervisory personnel, customers, and co-workers to discuss and resolve issues.
Provide pricing estimates to customers for adjustments to resolve issues during the job’s execution.
Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to job sites.
Direct and supervise workers during the job’s installation, maintenance, and teardown.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and preserve margins.
Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project.
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects.
Able to travel up to 50 to 75% of the time within North America, po ssessing e xcellent communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
