Job Overview:

The QHSES Assurance graduate role supports the QHSES group in terms of the assurance and compliance of QHSES management systems and Operations and works closely with their supervisor(s) to follow clearly defined goals and & objectives related to existing processes & procedures. The QHSES Assurance graduate role allows for the development of new assurance and personal related skills within the role and will be continuously improved as the role progresses over time. The QHSES Assurance graduate will perform selected QHSES assurance activities and will follow existing processes & procedures to support and manage key QHSES platforms and related activities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to QHSES team to manage, monitor and report on key QHSES assurance platforms and related activities like Key performance indicators, performance dashboards etc.

  • Complete all associated training assigned including QHSES software systems and tools administration and support activities related to training completed

  • Assist in the supervision of the implementation of QHSES Assurance activities being conducted by including stakeholders like writing procedures, providing awareness, development of communication materials

  • Assist in updating and managing key quality platforms, projects and initiatives with specific, measurable goals with defined timeline set

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree or equivalent with passion to pursue the carrier in management of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Security and

  • Good computer MS Office processing skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving techniques

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.

  • Enthusiastic and willing the learn
