Demand Planning Assistant Manager

Description

  • Negotiate to zone / central counterpart to solve critical supply problems (DP: appropriate forecast setting with brand consensus/ IM : import schedule management & timely informed back to brand side including negotiation)

  • Communicate to solve the cross functional conflict / trouble with brands and other corporate team as a representative of DPIM team.

  • Understand target / budget of the team and manage to achieve

  • Monitor SC performance KPIs of assigned Brand(s) and take corrective actions

  • Keep Brands well-informed about the supply situation / Organize monthly pre-SIOP, Consensus, Production (for new item launch) mtgs.

  • Support of creating and explaining various reports to be shared with other departments and NY.

  • Be a SAP power user to solve issues or construct the new process for change.

Qualifications

  • Must have professional experience of demand planning or supply planning for more than 3 years in a global supply chain context

  • Must have MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint basic knowledge and skills. Advanced Excel knowledge and skills is preferable

  • Must have English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills (TOEIC over 600 is preferable)

  • Preferred to have problem solving skills. With those, needs the communication skill with other sections to solve the issue or smooth operation (especially for each brand/ sales / consumer service / logistics)

  • Preferred to have SAP experience (MM module or APO) and take SAP power user (= key user) role in the future including new brand implementation & trouble shooting.

  • Preferred to have supply chain Order Management, logistics (DC) operation or inventory management experiences.

  • Preferred to have work experience with oversea counter parts to manage goods flow and project management

  • Preferred to have people management experience to lead other team members in the future
