消化器疾患領域におけるパイプライン製品のローンチ準備および戦略立案とその実行により、担当製品のベネフィットを最大化させて患 者さんにお届けする機会を創出する

役割 (Roles & responsibilities)

A) 外部環境/内部環境を分析し、最適な製品戦略を立案する

B) 営業組織が効果的に実行できる POA を立案・推進する

C) 予算を管理し、効率的かつ効果的な資材作成、イベントの企画・運営を実行する

D) KBQ(Key Business Question)を特定し、効果的なマーケットリサーチを計画する

E) キーオピニオンリーダーと強固な関係を構築し、製品価値の浸透・拡大の役割を担う

F) 他部門を含めたブランドチームの中心的役割を担い、各部門とのコミュニケーション・コラボレーションを密に推進する

G) 海外のキーオピニオンリーダー招聘を企画・運営する

必要なスキルと経験 (Required skills and experience)

知識

  1. 戦略・戦術立案にあたって、市場分析が適切に実施でき、競合品との差別化を明確化できる程度の知識

スキル

  1. 社内(他部門、グローバル)、社外(関連業者、患者会など)に対して強固な関係を構築できるコミュニケーションスキル

  2. 仮説設定や現状分析によって問題・機会を特定できるスキル

  3. 特定した問題・機会に対して有効な戦略・戦術を立案できるスキル

  4. KOL に製品情報を正しく理解頂き、正しく情報発信して頂く KOL マネジメントスキル

  5. 高いプレゼンテーションのスキルがあれば望ましい

経験

  1. 規模を問わず戦略・戦術立案をした経験があること

  2. KOL マネジメントの豊富な経験を有することが望ましい

  3. マーケティング経験があることが望ましい

英語力

  1. 英語での会議に参加できるレベルの英語力が望ましい

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
