Was dich erwartet

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Organisation, Unterstützung und Ausbildung des Teams von Otis One Monteuren in der Region und als Stellvertretung auch Ueberregional

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsregeln sowie für das Handeln und Entscheiden nach der OTIS-Geschäftsethik.

• Du stellst die Qualität der Montage und die Zuverlässigkeit der Inbetriebnahme der von deinem Team installierten OTIS One Einheiten sicher.

• Als OTIS-Repräsentant betreust Du unsere Kunden im Rahmen unserer Service Excellence Politik

• Recht und Pflicht, "Stopp" zu sagen, wenn die Sicherheit nicht unter Kontrolle ist (Stopp der Arbeitstätigkeit)

Was wir von Dir erwarten

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und konntest dein Wissen bereits in der Liftbranche vertiefen

• Wenn du bereits eine Weiterbildung wie zum Beispiel im Technischen Bereich absolvieren konntest und bereits einige Jahre Führungserfahrung in deinem persönlichen Rucksack mitbringst ist das ein grosses Plus

• Du bist eine unternehmerisch denkende, lösungsorientierte und gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit grosser Eigeninitiative und starker Kundenorientierung

• Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit und behaltest auch in hektischen Zeiten den Fokus im Auge

• Wir sind ein internationales Unternehmen – Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sind daher sehr erwünscht. Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse setzten wir voraus
