Location: Remote - Near Major Airport

Salary: $85,000 - $89,000 plus bonus

Other Forms of Compensation: Full Benefits Package

Job Summary

Chartwells Higher Education is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences that fuel the minds and bodies of our university community. We create innovative and engaging brands that highlight our services and foster vibrant campus cultures. As a Brand Strategy Manager, you are responsible for managing and creating business development strategies for Chartwells Higher Education. You will partner closely with marketing, creative, operational, and cross functional teams to support new business and the bidding process. The Brand Strategy Manager is responsible for representing the brand and speaking on our services and solutions.

This role is remote and requires easy access to a large major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and manages our business development strategy throughout the bidding process

  • Oversees the creation of a winning strategy that focuses on key client goals

  • Works closely and collaborates with cross functional partners to support new business development

  • Manages key deadlines, timelines, and expectations across multiple levels of the organization

  • Analyzes customer/resident research, current market conditions and competitor information

  • Represents Chartwells Higher Education by speaking on our solutions and services

  • Develops and delivers presentations to senior leadership and clients

  • Travels approximately 50% of the time for presentations and events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business degree, or equivalent professional qualification

  • Two plus years of marketing, sales, project leadership, or brand management experience

  • Prior experience with proposal management preferred

  • Proven ability to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment

  • Established strength in presenting information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public

  • Demonstrated expertise in communications, organization, and flexibility

  • Strong solution oriented mind-set

  • Robust verbal and written presentation skills

  • Excellent skills with relevant software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
