Robert Half Construction Administrative Assistant in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description

We are seeking an experience Administrative Assistant with construction/real estate industry experience based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role primarily involves administrative tasks within the residential real estate industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage project administration efforts, track budget and schedule variances, and collaborate with property managers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative aspects of residential real estate capital projects

• Track and report on budget and schedule discrepancies regularly

• Collaborate with property managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan

• Organize and file documentation for completed capital projects at each property

• Compile relevant documentation and photographs of completed capital projects

• Conduct research and propose optimal divestiture strategies for our residential real estate portfolio based on current market conditions

• Assist in invoice approval for family clients by compiling relevant documentation and photographs of completed capital projects

• Leverage administrative skills and industry knowledge to enhance the efficiency of construction projects

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting tasks

• Actively participate in property management activities to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements • Proven experience of 3+ years in the role of an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the Construction Industry

• Proficient in handling administrative duties related to Commercial Construction Projects

• Strong understanding of the Construction and Property Management sectors

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential

• Demonstrated Administrative skills are a must

• Ability to adapt and learn about new technology and software relevant to the Construction Industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of confidentiality and discretion

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail are crucial

• A degree or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred.
