Job Title: Construction Materials TechnicianJob Description

Join our team as a Construction Material Test (CMT) Technician, where you will be responsible for conducting various tests and inspections on crucial building materials such as concrete, soil, and aggregates. This role is essential in ensuring that all materials meet the required project specifications and codes. Your work will predominantly occur in the field on mid to large size construction projects. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a reputable engineering firm environment. Although prior experience in materials testing is not mandatory, candidates with relevant experience or certifications are encouraged to apply. Be prepared to work outdoors, adapt to a variable schedule that includes overtime and occasional weekends, and travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius of Cincinnati.

The role is almost entirely field-based on various construction sites, including projects like hospitals, warehouses, chain restaurants, retail locations, and subdivisions. Some training and tasks may also be performed in a lab setting.
