They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers. What you'll own This role will be accountable for Worldpay's relationships and joint business plans with identified major payment brand(s) (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). This role creates and shares a holistic view of Worldpay's payment brand partnerships, with both a strategic lens and a strong understanding of all partnership pillars - including a well aligned global view to account for all Merchant Solutions markets and adjacent aspects of payment brand relationships. You will work with leaders and influencers within the Global Strategy organization and broader Merchant Solutions business and across our payment brand partners, to develop strong and lasting relationships. Identify and develop new opportunities. You will initiate, align, and execute collaboration plans that drive market and vertical growth, acceptance expansion, product innovation, and thought leadership - which ultimately result in value creation for our customers and partners. Provide leadership for partner agreements, strategic agendas, and commercial structures. Accountable for defined revenue goals, and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that revenue objectives are met or exceeded. Liaise and cooperate with leadership and peers across Strategy, Product, GTM and Marketing to establish strategic plans and objectives, build new programs, and execute on incentive opportunities. Direct and manage organizational relationships and interactions with payment partners. What you bring: Excellent strategic thinking and analytic skills with a proven track record of creating solutions that increase revenue. Ability to implement strategic initiatives, including market sales plans, policies, and operational decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels, including executive management. Background in planning, managing, and closing complex sales efforts, including contract negotiation and execution. Demonstrated track record of success in a sales or business development role. Experience providing guidance and influence across multiple levels in an organization, including senior executives. Ability to manage and grow internal/external partnerships and cross functional relationships. Familiarity with payments and merchant acquiring solutions.
