Aston Carter Executive Assistant in Cincinnati, Ohio
Job Title: Executive AssistantJob Description
Are you a forward-thinker who excels at anticipating the needs of others? Is “organized” your middle name? Do you have experience supporting high-level executives? If so, we would love to speak to you about this opportunity! We are looking to fill an Executive Assistant position to support the President on a temporary basis, while the current associate is on leave. The duration of the position is expected to be approximately from the end of February through the end of March.
Responsibilities
Planning and organizing internal and external meetings and events.
Preparing for Board and committee obligations.
Maintaining calendars and other administrative responsibilities.
Calendar management.
Researching, selecting, and preparing venues, catering, entertainment, etc.
Presentation preparation utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
Organizing, communicating, and monitoring travel plans, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, activities, etc., and making adjustments as necessary.
Monitoring/reviewing incoming mail and email, ensuring critical items receive proper attention.
Establishing, updating, and maintaining administrative files, documents, and records.
Compiling and organizing business and personal expenses, invoices, and other financial statements.
Handling personal and business information with absolute confidentiality and discretion.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Minimum of three years of related experience.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Accounting, or Bookkeeping preferred (or equivalent experience).
Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
Past success working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines.
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Excellent attention to detail.
Professional personal appearance and presence.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to be adaptable to various competing demands.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Flexibility and quick-thinking.
Strong decision-making and emotional maturity.
Experience in calendar management, administrative support, Outlook, Microsoft Office, travel management, Concur, bookkeeping, marketing strategy, accounting, PowerPoint, event coordination, and customer service.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
