Robert Half Human Resource Recruiter in Cincinnati, Ohio

Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable HR Recruiter to manage full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group sessions. Our HR Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources such as social media networks and employee referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management to understand the company's hiring needs and goals, and to develop recruitment strategies and plans.

  • Responsible for the entire recruiting cycle including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Screen candidates resumes and application forms for qualifications, skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract the best talent including online job postings, job fair attendance, and direct sourcing.

  • Ensure consistent communication regarding recruitment efforts by providing status updates to all stakeholders.

  • Maintain and build candidate networks through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management.

  • Regularly report on recruiting activity and status.

    Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.

  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong decision-making skills.

  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
