Formica Corporation Reporting Pricing Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio
Key Responsibilities:
- - Monitor and evaluate pricing performance against established targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

``` - - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development teams to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives and market dynamics.

``` - - Support the development and implementation of pricing models, tools, and processes to streamline pricing decisions and ensure consistency across product lines.

``` - - Work with external customers on pricing for projects, training of external teams, and troubleshooting system issues.

``` - - Prepare monthly reports and analyses to support the Finance and Sales teams.

``` - - Answer customer and Sales team calls on various pricing and margin related questions.

``` - - Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing pricing capabilities and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
This role is designed to develop an individual with further progression within the Formica business with increasing responsibilities. The individual will continue to assume more specific responsibilities based on performance and career interests as they become a key member of the pricing team with Formica.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

``` - - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen

``` - - Having a passion for process improvement and simplification is a must.

``` - - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.

``` - - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

``` - - Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically utilizing complex functions such as VLOOKUP in Microsoft Excel.

``` - - Working knowledge of ERP systems or Structured Query Language (SQL) is a plus.
