Provides information regarding scheduling to patients for all of UC Health. Schedules appointments for multiple divisions. Works with staff to ensure operational effectiveness.Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED | None Required | No experience requiredScreen and route patient calls efficiently ensuring accurate registration, appointment scheduling and follow-up appointment scheduling. Provide a pleasant and accurate response to patient's questions. Work collaboratively and efficiently to handle call volumes/queues. Identify and escalate priority issues. Assist with training of new employees. Work with team to improve workflows.
