Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting Equipt Contractor Supply rental department by preparing and processing rental contracts, and cover for the Rental Manager when on Sales meetings and events. The position will also be responsible for record keeping of customers and equipment, Warranty claims.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages count levels on equipment and consumables.
Takes and enters delivery orders from Rental manager and if Rental manager is N/A then taking over the sales calls from customers.
Catalogs and numbers parts and decals into inventory system.
Records and calculates maintenance records on vehicles and equipment.
Prepares Purchase Orders for Equipt Personnel.
Maintains procurement records, maintenance records & historical costs records for services.
Maintains inventory log of maintenance supplies & shop consumables.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Ability to possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest standard of conduct from self and others
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
One year of Construction or Inventory Control experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated knowledge of construction equipment and consumables
Knowledge of Inventory Control software
Organizational skills

Use a computer/laptop/iPad in open office environment with natural and/or florescent lighting
