We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Finance Solutions Automation Analyst 2 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Finance Solutions Automation Analyst 2 - C10 ) based in Citi Plaza, Taguig City, Philippines. The Proofing Unit is responsible to ensure the integrity of the Citi Balance Sheet by ensuring review of assigned Balance Sheet accounts on a regular basis, and monitors the movement and aging of related balances. The team is responsible that the issues and known risks are properly reported and escalated to seniors on a timely basis based on the agreed escalation process.

The Proofing Specialist supports Finance and other responsible units across regions. This role sits in Financial Reporting Operations and reports to the Team Lead for Proofing.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Reviews items that cause un-reconciled balances between the Subsidiary ledger and the General Ledger; the review also includes other balance sheet issues such as aging, unsupported and unconfirmed items, and abnormal balances

• Ensures that production is performed and executed within Service Level Agreement (SLA) to maintain customer satisfaction

• Performs other forms of substantiating accounts based on the profile of each account

• Prepares proof sheets for assigned accounts, reviews the details of the outstanding balance and identifies and escalates issues, if any

• Ensures that errors and issues for assigned accounts are identified, properly escalated and reported in a timely manner and coordinates these with account owners from various units and businesses for corrective action, and advises them of preventive actions

• Performs testing for system enhancements or resolutions to ensure that updates/changes will not disrupt the production process once implemented

• Leads or participates in regional or in-country projects that promote innovation in the work station, cost savings, voice of the employees and other activities that will make CSS as a workplace of choice

• Develop a strong working relationship with the internal Citi customers serviced by the unit, ensuring that high quality service standards are maintained

• Develop customer service excellence. It includes metrics distribution, conduct customer service calls, and initiate process improvements.

• May also be assigned to projects and ad-hoc activities

• Responsible to identify opportunities for digitalization/automation within BSS processes.

• Design and execute automation or quality test for functionality.

• Work with process teams to Identify quality issues in development or businesses processes.

• Install relevant applications and databases relevant to automation.

• Collaborate with BSS process groups to understand how automation can improve workflow

• Gather requirements from BSS process groups, customers or end-users to develop best automation solutions.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Experience in Finance, Financial Services or Accounting Internship preferred

• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience on automation of business processes involving digital tools (RPA (BOT), Knime, Power BI, Workflow tools, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.)

• Fresh graduate of Information Technology or other IT related courses (Information technician, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Programming, Programming assistant, etc)

• Agile and flexible

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
