Job Description

The growing demand for cloud services presents significant opportunities for Oracle Consulting Tech. To capitalize on this potential, it's crucial to have strategic leadership. Therefore, hiring a Cloud Services Business Development is essential for exploring and expanding OCS presence in Argentina.

Objectives of the Role:

1) Development and Closure of deals: Focus on identifying, developing, and finalizing business opportunities with the country's strategic clients, both for high-value consulting services and large-scale standardized solutions.

2) Balance between High-Value and High-Volume Offers: The ability to balance the sale of specialized and personalized consulting services with the commercialization of standardized services on a large scale, to optimize revenues and satisfy a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

1) Revenue Growth: Significant increase in sales due to a strategic approach focused on high-value and high-volume services.

2) Market Expansion: Strengthening and expanding the consulting presence in Argentina, capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the service cloud market.

3) Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that sales strategies align with the company's global objectives while maintaining flexibility to adapt to local demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in business development management (BDM), specifically in cloud computing or related IT services. This should include experience in developing business sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, services, and market trends. This includes knowledge of PaaS and IaaS, and other cloud service models, as well as familiarity with major cloud service providers.

• Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities, develop new business channels, and build strategic partnerships.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including non-technical clients.

• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and deals, with a focus on creating value for both the company and the client.

• Client Relationship Management: Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics to inform decisions and drive business development management strategies.

• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing landscape of cloud technologies and the ability to integrate new trends into sales strategies.

• Networking: Strong networking skills with the ability to engage with industry professionals, participate in events, and stay connected with market leaders and influencers.Desirable Skills:

• Experience with data analysis tools.

• Leadership skills for senior positions.
