The Coca-Cola Company Finance Analyst in Ciudad de México, Mexico

Job Description Summary:

At The Coca-Cola Company, recognized worldwide for leadership in the beverage industry, we're looking for a Financial Analyst based in Mexico Concentrate Plant located north of CDMX in Azcapotzalco. We want someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to keeping figures accurate. The ideal candidate will be someone who can handle contracts, track payments, intercompany balances and keep our financial records straight.

Requirements:

Your role with us will include:

  • Looking after service contracts to make sure they are updated and managed well, keeping good records in a Contract Log report and Apptus Tool.

  • Accounting integrations per inventories, accounts receivable and fixed assets.

  • Coordinate balance sheet reconciliation process within finance team, assuring timely execution on a monthly basis.

  • Helping our finance team make sure our balance sheets are correct and completed on time every month.

  • Making sure important reports about our company's internal controls are ready and sent out when needed.

  • Checking the sales process is done correctly and on time, with a weekly review to make sure everything is on track.

  • Follow up of insurance claims with the insurance broker, gathering information from procurement and other areas and assuring documents and information required are complete for payment.

  • Ensure intercompany balances are matched at the end of each period.

Qualifications:

You'll need to have:

  • Experience working with financial processes in a big company, ideally selling lots of products (like FMCG).

  • Skills with computers and programs like Excel, Word, and systems for managing money and resources (like ERP or SAP).

  • Good at working with others, talking things through, and making decisions together.
