Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Chargé(e) de recrutement en CDD pour rejoindre l'équipe Talent Acquisition Western Europe et accompagner le périmètre France. La durée du CDD est de 6 mois à partir de juin 2024, dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité.

Le biscuit : LU, Belvita, Prince, Oreo…

L'apéritif : TUC, Belin, Ritz

Votre mission ?

Au sein du département Talent Acquisition Western Europe, vous serez en charge du recrutement des postes en CDI/CDD des fonctions Service Client, Logistique et Manufacturing en France et vous agirez en tant que véritable business partner auprès de votre périmètre.

Vos responsabilités ?

Piloter l'intégralité de l'activité de recrutement externe de votre scope : de l’identification des besoins, du sourcing, en passant par les entretiens, jusqu’à la proposition salariale ;

Coordonner l’activité de recrutement interne de votre scope : être l’interlocuteur principal du People Lead et des managers afin de garantir une bonne passation des informations auprès des équipes en charge des mobilités internes

*Développer une collaboration étroite avec vos partenaires RH et les managers de votre périmètre afin de comprendre et d’anticiper leurs besoins *

Être constamment en veille sur les tendances du marché de l'emploi afin d’agir en tant qu’expert recrutement et sensibiliser sur l’état actuel du marché

Mener des projets transverses selon les projets en cours dans le service recrutement

Votre profil ?

Vous avez minimum 2/3 ans d'expérience en recrutement (hors stage/alternance), de préférence dans un environnement industriel.

Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et client, vous avez le goût des process.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe : solidarité, partage et humilité sont des qualités clés pour rejoindre Talent Acquisition Western Europe.

Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du français est indispensable pour ce poste.
