Mission Rock Residential Leasing Consultant in Clarksville, Tennessee

We are looking to build our team and hire a Leasing Consultant to tour the property with potential residents, assist current residents and bring a happy positive energy to the community. If you are obsessed with customer service and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you! This is a great foot in the door position for a career in Property Management, working five days a week and no nighttime hours.

    The Job: Our Leasing Consultants tour the community with prospective residents and support the overall property operations. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Lease and pre-lease units

  • Tours of property in all weather

  • Assist current residents with leases, maintenance, or questions

  • Ensure model apartments are ready for the show daily

  • Help maintain a neat office/clubhouse- vacuum, clean windows, etc.

  • Assist with retention, resident parties, and renewals

  • Emails, phone calls, and keeping detailed track of information

    What You Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of leasing experience

  • Affordable Housing Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills, technologically proficient, and Self-Starter.

  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Suite

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Customer Service Experience preferred.

  • Must be available to work Saturdays.

    Schedule: 5 Days a week (9 am-6 pm / 10 am-5 pm).
