Description

Robert Half is working with a fast-growing manufacturer who is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing analytical insights related to business performance and key trends.

Collaborating with our finance team to support the annual budget creation.

Tracking and managing investments in relation to business growth

Partnering with our sales team to assess and quantify growth opportunities.

Analyzing product performance and providing actionable insights

Supporting new product pricing and overseeing their performance metrics

Contributing to the development of a three-year strategic roadmap

Collaborating with the Marketing team to evaluate ROI metrics for marketing investments.

Working with manufacturing and supply chain teams on cost reduction initiatives and supplier assessments

Leading a multidisciplinary team for cost reduction and improved manufacturing performance

Implementing LEAN manufacturing practices and ensuring quality assurance

Enhancing facility layout and capacity planning in alignment with business growth

Overseeing new product launch activities and making recommendations for improvement

Supporting product sustainability initiatives

Overseeing staffing requirements, performance management, and training programs

Applicants should have a strong understanding of manufacturing and operations, with experience in strategic planning and performance management. Strong collaboration skills are crucial, as the role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualified candidates:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related area.

3+ years finance experience including analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
