Job Title: Manufacturing AssociateJob Description

A Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a brand new line for their product, due to an increased market demand. These individuals will work on the inspection line within the AP department. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for individuals with backgrounds in child care, automotive, office space, etc. The role requires motivation to enter the pharmaceutical industry, understanding of a manufacturing environment, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and suggestions for process improvement. Candidates must be technically savvy as all documentation is electronic.

Hard Skills

• BioWorks/Associates in Biotechnology

• Exposure and understanding of GMP knowledge

• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Health Care background OR Previous manufacturing experience (GMP)

• Experience in pharma, food, med device, or cosmetic industries

Soft Skills

• Strong communication

• Critical thinking

• Motivation

• Open to suggestions for process improvement

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clayton, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Night shift from 6 pm to 6:30 am on a 2-2-3 schedule. The manufacturing environment is currently overworked and stressed, but new hires will be welcomed and supported. Training will be on day shift Monday - Friday before transitioning to night shift. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes/work boots are required. Compensation is $21 per hour for day shift and $23 per hour for night shift.
