Honeywell Mechanic - HVAC - Level 3 (1st shift) in Clearwater, Florida

As an HVAC Mechanic III here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings. You will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of building occupants by ensuring that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively. With your expertise in HVAC systems, you will contribute to the overall success of our facilities and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and functionality of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
1st shift 6:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Perform routine production maintenance task
Review drawings and schematics
Perform production equipment troubleshooting
Perform preventative maintenance inspections
Determine root cause failure of production equipment
Prepare and update production equipment records
Maintain work area
US Citizen Requirements
Due to compliance with US export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
Must Have
Technical Diploma in HVAC or related fields
3+ years of experience maintaining production equipment or refrigeration (i.e. Thermal chambers)
Must have EPA Universal License
We Value
Familiar with Low Temp Refrigeration and/or Environmental test chamber repair
Familiar with Computer Maintenance Management Systems
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Ability to use computers and computer interfaces
