DYNAMIX GROUP LLC Administrative & Accounting Assistant in Cleveland, Ohio

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary.
  • Maintain office inventory supplies.
  • Create employee onboarding packets for new hires.
  • Manage the office calendar, including scheduling for PTOs, birthdays, anniversaries, and other events.
  • Create new leads and To-Do's in the CRM Pipeline.
  • Manage emails in the billing and info inboxes, responding as appropriate.
  • Input vendor bills into the accounting system.
  • Write checks as requested and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with Accounts Payable.
 
Requirements
  • []{#x__Hlk171417090}Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of administrative assistant experience is required; clerical accounting experience is preferred.
  • The ability to answer incoming phone calls and initiate proactive calls to customers and clients when necessary is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for accurate data management and reporting.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
