CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: (1) Incentive Compensation Management: Quarterly payout checklist including manual calculations, answer complex questions that are escalated from the Specialists, auditing of payouts and calculations, and updating appropriate tables including budget adjustments. Point of contact for Finance for territory budgeting, including set-up of initial budgets in Q1 each year. Main point of contact for questions or issues related to the Spectrum & Circle Awards Programs Generate and communicate the payout files for US Quarterly/Annual Plans. Varicent System Management, including proposed budgets set up, new year set up & new plan set up. (2) Project Member on Varicent Key Strategic Initiatives: Support the project team as a subject matter expert. Mockup report and provide feedback on the design solution. Work with business on key decisions and make recommendations for solutions. Assist with the testing strategy. FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or General Business Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 3+ years of Accounting/Finance/Human Resources Preferred: 1+ years as a Compensation Professional Varicent Incentive Plan System TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Analytical skills and ability to comprehend incentive plan logic and Varicent logic Communication skills ability to clearly communicate to key employees (Sales Management, Finance, VPs of HR) both verbally and written. Knowledge of MS Excel formulas (LOOKUP's, Pivot Tables) for analysis and reporting. Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines as well as ad-hoc requests. Exceptional Customer Service skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability to change. Desire and ability to make improvement.
