TLS Corp. LEVEL 3 TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER in Cleveland, Ohio

TLS Corp.'s Cleveland, OH, office seeks a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer/Project Engineer. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States that will provide level 1, 2, & 3 client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium for all company products. Will also: (i) follow-up with customers/dealers to ensure that support needs are met and satisfied in a timely fashion; (ii) utilize our database ticketing support system (CRM) to process basic parts orders and repairs; (iii) Project Management of broadcast projects, including Telos Alliance equipment; (iv) assist with writing FAQs, Support Documents, and manuals; (v) attend weekly conference meetings with support team; (vi) follow-up with different departments to ensure that action is being taken on customer requests; and (viii) participate in major trade shows (pre-show building, packing, setup, etc.), as needed. Will also travel (up to 75% of your time) to both domestic and international to various locations to provide technical support to support customer needs (including for system commissioning and/or on-site product training).

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Cleveland, OH, office one week per month.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electrical Engineering or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include three (3) years with: (i) IP networks, programming, and installing of Telos and Axia equipment; and (ii) Omnia equipment and sound design for broadcasters using Omnia equipment.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must be willing to travel both domestic and international to various locations to provide technical support to support customer needs (including for system commissioning and/or on site product training) up to 75%.

Must also participate in our 24/7 On-Call rotation (approx.. once every other month), which involves the M-F weekly shift from 9pm till 7am the next morning and all-day Saturday and Sunday.
