Collaborates daily with a fast-paced team to distribute, publish, and optimize web content on the Banks internal and external web sites. Under the direction of a manager or supervisor completes basic to moderately complex web content updates and site maintenance. Provides production support for users of websites and multi-media solutions.
Essential Accountabilities
Manage a daily content publishing workflow to ensure the agreed upon publishing velocity is achieved.
Liaise with writers and editors on the content to uphold publication standards and style guides.
Analyze low to moderately complex customer business needs and implement solutions to increase web site traffic and business value.
Create moderately complex content using web and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices with stakeholders and ensure accuracy.
Provide ongoing low to moderately complex web site technical support to customers
Incorporate security and other relevant Bank and system controls into web solutions
Adhere to Bank and system web site user experience development methodologies and standards
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Education and Experience
Bachelor`s degree in digital strategy, technology, marketing or similar discipline
No prior experience
Knowledge and Skills
Acquire strong knowledge of site standards, regulations, procedures, modules, templates, and widgets
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Understanding of content marketing principles
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO).
Workflow and process-driven
Analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Grammatically adept with solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to acquire working knowledge in applicable technologies such as CSS, HTML, SiteCore, Wrike, Hotjar, HubSpot, Google Analytics and other related technologies as needed.
Physical Demands and General Working Conditions
Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls. Physical movement consists of walking for meetings, breaks, etc. Ability to lift items weighing approximately 20 pounds on a limited basis is required. Employees may be required to travel by car/air.
