Lab Coater Operator

1st Shift, Occasional Overtime

Description:

• Hold full responsibility for product quality and samples produced on lab coater.

• Utilize correct raw materials called for on forms.

• Follow all safety procedures throughout shift.

• Report and problems with equipment or materials to manager.

• Handle maintenance of lab coater equipment and accessories in working condition.

• Responsible for material testing, adhesive preparation (mixing), coordination of raw materials with other departments, processing of paperwork and material transactions.

• Clean equipment and surrounding areas ensuring a clean work environment.

  Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must have at least 2 years' of experience in lamination and coating operations.
