About the Role

Eagle Bend is expanding the Recruiting Team! We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for talent acquisition and a creative mindset to develop cutting-edge recruiting strategies. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our company's success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop proactive recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for high-volume positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and others.

  • Collaborate with internal managers to optimize recruitment processes, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices.

  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions, adjusting recruitment strategies as needed to remain competitive.

  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

  • Continuously explore new and innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting seasons.

  • Assist with New Hire Orientation and perform other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to recruitment challenges.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and proactively research new recruiting tools and resources to enhance our administrative processes.

  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze competitor recruiting strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Your preferred qualifications

  • A.S. degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with a proven track record of success. (Manufacturing Preferred)

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn talent management systems.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or platforms to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency.

  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
