Emerson Customer Service Representative in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

As a Customer Service Representative , you will hold a key role in processing customer orders received within our system, ensuring these orders undergo accurate verification as well as partnering with diverse customers, ranging from internal stakeholders in different sectors to manufacturing units and customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify, prepare and process the ordered products in the system;

  • Connect with internal departments in order to ensure the smoothness of the process, along with keeping in contact with the clients regarding their order status and additional information, ensure the client’s needs are being met;

  • Understand the importance and the possible impact on safety for the products built in the factory and ensure through the activities carried out in the department that all the criteria documented in the related work instructions are respected, with the aim of maintaining the quality and safety of the products intended for industrial, various administration tasks related to customer files.

  • Actively participate in departmental meetings; come with suggestions for improvement.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience in a Customer Service or similar customer facing roles.

  • English language proficiency (read/written/spoken).

  • Good mastering of PC, Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good organizing, scheduling and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.
