Summary of Responsibilities:?

Responsible for the expedient and efficient processing of customer calls, orders, concerns, and inquiries.

Primary Duties:?

  • Answer phones and handle calls in a timely and professional manner including but not limited to placing orders, confirming prices, projecting shipping costs and delivery times, processing price quotes, account inquires, customer service issues, etc. ?

  • Timely and accurately process phone, mail, fax, electronic orders and customer concerns/inquiries.

  • Provide sales opportunities for customers

  • Volume of orders processed

  • Low incidence of errors

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Thorough knowledge of products and services?

  • Consistently excellent customer relations/communication

  • Excellent attendance

Qualifications:?

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience?

  • Previous telephone sales/service experience preferred?

  • Must be an effective, articulate communicator?

  • Computer literate

  • Must be able to work seated at a computer work station in a multi-faceted, fast paced contact center environment

  • Accurate and detail oriented?
