Job Description:

This job is responsible for processing operational and administrative transactions in one or more of the bank's internal operations to support domestic and international consumer, commercial, and wholesale banking and business or service functions. Key responsibilities include providing reporting and customer service support, reviewing and processing transactions, reconciling operational issues, and performing statement rendering. Job expectations include maintaining internal operational and financial controls and ensuring bank standards are met.

Meet customer service requests to retrieve retained documents in a timely manner. Responsible for meeting customer deadlines on client decisioning transactions. Position requires the operation of low-speed machinery to re-scan rejected items. Responsible for restructuring batches. Manage multiple workflow queues: Quality Control Queue, RIDS F11 Queue, Encode Queue, and the Pull Original Queue. Capable of independent client decisioning. Handle cash: collect from Image Capture, record on cash log and place in safe. Responsible for print retrieval for local centralized print clients, perform reassociation and mailing of client packages (on rare occasions). Batch and prepare nonICL checks for shipment to Item Processing site and the distribution of merchandise received. Utilize Outbound Mail system (OBM) for labeling closed mail and merchandise received from Mailroom Services. Utilize OBM for address labeling for foreign items.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports an assigned area's internal business partners and external customers and clients to drive high quality service and efficient operations

  • Performs complex item processing for transactions within an internal operation under general supervision

  • Works with team members across Lines of Business to drive collaborative efforts that advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base

  • Applies judgment to complete daily tasks, ensuring operations are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective manner

Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Vicor and Kofax systems

  • Expertise in check negotiation and familiarity with client instructions and processes

  • Analytical skills

  • PC knowledge

  • Ability to multitask

  • Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
