Oracle Senior HR Manager (F/M/N) in COLOMBES, France

Job Description

The Human Resources team based in Colombes, FRANCE, is looking for a dynamic, methodical, autonomous, seasoned and experienced Senior HR Manager who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast-moving international environment and who has a passion for people management and the digital HR world!

To be successful in this role, you must understand local needs as well as business priorities and translate them into high impact work. We envision that you have a flexible skill set, the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

Your role will consist of partnering and supporting the business and employees within a given perimeter (approximately 300 persons) with their daily activities, in coordination with a plurality of departments and stakeholders and coordinating HR activities with the 3 other HR managers. In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, implementing and improving HR processes and organizational capabilities, while maintaining positive employee labor relations within a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in law (Labour), Labour Relations, Human Resources, or another related field.

  • 10+ years of combined human resources, employee relations, labor relations in a challenging and an international matrix organization

  • Rigorous, capable to go deep in details without losing big picture

  • Robust project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work efficiently with others to deliver - a rooted “can do” attitude

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills;

  • Self-driven, assertive and solution oriented

Responsibilities

  • Advise top management on legal and HR aspects

  • Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary actions when necessary

  • Participate in designing HR manager programs in alignment with the global HR strategy

  • Create and participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

  • Provide direction and mentoring others.
