Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2-3 years of experience in processing payroll within an HRMS, preferably UltiPro

  • 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience and computerized accounting system

  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll methods, procedures, and terminology

  • Familiarity with Multi-State Taxation and Federal Tax regulations preferred

  • Detail oriented with exceptional accuracy in data entry

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently, particularly in high-pressure situations

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
