Advanced Systems Design Administrative Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Advanced Systems Design is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our client.
This is a on-site opportunity to work alongside the federal government.
Job Overview:
Our client seeks a resourceful and detail-oriented professional to provide support. The Administrative Coordinator acts independently and exercises initiative to achieve organizational goals and objectives, maintains confidentiality, and establishes and cultivates positive working relationships.
Provide a broad level of administrative support. Tasks include, but are not limited to, tracking multiple software licenses, preparing license renewal packages, working both independently and collaboratively with team members, and preparing and submitting reports.
Exercise judgement and act with a high degree of independence as a liaison with internal and external constituents; handle time sensitive matters that require concise problem-solving and confidentiality.
Provide additional administrative support to members of the Dean of Faculty
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge Microsoft Office 365 program suite is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
Strong project management skills to include the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to apply initiative, creativity, and sound judgment to daily work, situations, and decisions
Proven ability to independently take appropriate action, make sound decisions and solve problems
A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
A proven ability to meet project deadlines and maintain productive professional relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment as part of a team atmosphere, including effective coordination with members of other departments
Individuals with service in the military, especially the U.S. Air Force, will be given strong consideration.
Need to have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Must have CompTIA Security+
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative or office management experience
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
