Hiring HVAC Technicians

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to service commercial buildings within a 2 hour radius of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:30PM with on call rotation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC technician experience

• Must have universal EPA or willing to get it

Job Description:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

• Changing out and replacing blower motors and contactors, troubleshooting superheat and sub-cooling errors, and using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical issues on compressors, chillers, and boilers.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.

• The technician will receive job orders once a month and must be able to build their own schedule, leaving from home to complete work orders.
