Front Range Staffing Cooks in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Front Range Staffing is seeking Cooks for immediate placement with a faith-based organization in Northeast Colorado Springs.
Pay is $20hr. The hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm.
An ideal candidate would possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years cook experience including planning menus, inventory and ordering. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, equipment, and other surfaces. Setting up and breaking down kitchen stations before and after meal preparation, including arranging ingredients, utensils, and equipment in an organized manner. Monitoring, ordering and inventory of kitchen inventory levels, including food supplies and cleaning supplies. Meal preparation and service, including but not limited to setting up serving stations, plating dishes, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure the safety of both staff and residents. Appreciation for the values and traditions of a spiritual community, including respect for silence and reverence for mealtime rituals. Must live in area and have dependable transportation, there is no bus line to this location. Background check and/or passing a drug screen to be considered may be required.
