Again, please DO NOT APPLY if you CANNOT PROVE that you have 2+ years of VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE in residential and commercial maintenance. PAY: All employees will BEGIN earning $18-22/hr. HOWEVER, D.O.E applies--the more experience you have, the higher your wage can be. Please NOTE that pay will be determined upon attendance, experience, and dependability

You must: 1. Be at least 21 years of age 2. Be able to pass a drug test if requested 3. Be clean cut and have good hygiene 4. Have DEPENDABLE transportation to and from work 5. Have experience performing maintenance on equipment 6. Be able to complete jobs on time and on schedule 7. Be available Mon-Fri 7 am to 5 pm OR until jobs are finished; Saturdays when called upon 8. Be willing and able to do what it takes to get jobs done.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Please note if you have a driver's license in your resume.
REFERENCES ARE A MUST-HAVE! We need to know for which landscaping and maintenance companies you have worked and for how long.
NOTE: If you DO NOT send a RESUME with WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE of 2+ years, you WILL NOT be considered for employment.
