Philips Sales, Virtual Care Solutions Specialist - Enterprise Informatics (West & Midwest Zones) in Colorado Springs, Colorado
The Virtual Care Sales Specialist owns securing new customers in assigned territory by uncovering and securing new opportunities, developing competitive positioning, and owning the sales process to a closed order.
Your role:
Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product/solutions demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products, solutions and services.
Drives overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
Develops and executes winning clinical sales strategies for Philips’ to expand market share (install base renewals and new business)
Assists Sales team on customer workflows and product solutions needed for Telehealth use cases for eICU but also with a focus on growth in other areas such as Virtual nursing, eHospitalist, eSepsis, Tele ED and triaging etc
You're the right fit if:
5+ years of demonstrated healthcare technology sales experience and/or Clinical Virtual Care experience preferred. Bachelor's degree.
Proven track record in prospecting and selling emerging technologies into new markets. Previous C-Suite sales experience required.
Strong knowledge of consultative selling methodology and understanding of sales process and use of sales automation tools. Skilled at orchestrating sales processes and quarterbacking a sales team.
Ability to quickly demonstrate expertise and establish credibility with clinical decision makers.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $191,250 to $270,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
