LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) full-time home health. PruittHealth@ Home is now providing exceptional home health care to patients throughout Muscogee and Harris Counties and is seeking LPN's that want to be a part of our award-winning TEAM. Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan

• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner

• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice

• Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
