Robert Half is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting leader. This highly visible leadership role requires a results-driven professional with the ability to expertly manage our finance and technology sectors, ensuring their continued growth, sustainable financial health, and strict compliance with all legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crucial management of accounting, financial planning, and procurement functions

• Implement and upgrade financial systems

• Strategically guide ERP system

• Negotiate advantageous terms with suppliers to support company goals

• Daily management of the company’s budget, audit, and accounting departments

• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Lead financial negotiations with investors and investment institutions

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

• Ensure company compliance with tax laws and financial practices

• Coordinate the annual close process with internal and external auditors

• Supervise IT related activities, internal network, hardware, and software to ensure compatibility, security and scalability

• Recruit, train, retain competent accounting and IT staff

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or CPA/CMA accreditation

• Minimum of 10 years in accounting/finance with 5 years in a management role

• Proven track record managing an accounting department

• Strong decision-making and leadership ability

• Exceptional analytical, communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills

Essential Knowledge:

• Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems

• Familiarity with ERP systems and a strong command of Microsoft office products

  Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Controller role or similar financial position

• Ability to perform Month End Close tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in Financial Reporting, including knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices

• Must have strong skills in Budgeting and Forecasting, with the ability to create and manage financial forecasts and budgets

• Expertise in Financial Statement Preparation is necessary

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration

• Demonstrated experience in managing a team and fostering a positive work environment

• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and systems

• Must hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly desirable

• High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
