Toyota Material Handling, Inc. seeks a Data Program Manager in Columbus, IN to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. Work closely with the business to find the right challenges and opportunities that could be solved with data solutions. Translate business needs to technical specifications. Build well-designed reports that may be interactive. Drill into specifics for requirements like data mappings, and analysis needs. Design, build and deploy BI solutions such as reporting tools. Maintain and support data analytics platforms such as Power BI. Create solutions by using Dimensional DW (Snowflake), Azure Services, and visualizations (Power BI) tooling. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. Collaborate with team members to integrate systems. Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects. Develop and update technical documentation. Serve on data integration, business intelligence and content management competency panels or teams. Participate in all data integration and enterprise information management (EIM) programs and projects by rationalizing data processing for reusable module development. Use data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and compliance by performing data cleansing, data audit and/or data validation. Recommend ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. Manage data solution projects to carry out data programs objectives. Work with business to understand processes and their data needs, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with business, data, and organizational leaders on process improvement and data opportunities. Define new data collection needs and analysis processes. Analyze data to help make business decisions. May work from home 2 days per week.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Masters degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field plus 3 years of data analytics experience. The 3 years of experience may be gained prior to, concurrent with, or after the Masters degree. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree followed by 5 progressive years of data analytics experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Power BI (data ingestion, data modeling, reporting, row-level security, service administration, publishing, sharing), Tableau (data modeling, reporting); (2) Azure Cloud Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps) and Google Cloud Platform (3) SAP, S4/HANA (4) use of programming languages (SQL, Python, ABAP) to update backend, do data engineering/integrations, and enhance applications; (5) leading data solutions projects; and (6) working with business groups and using data to unlock business value; (7) business process analysis.
