Position Overview:

• Job Title: Entry-Level Production Worker
• Location: Columbus, Nebraska
• Schedule: 1st Shift, 5 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $16/hour

What Were Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• No prior experience requiredthis is an entry-level position with training provided!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Follow all corporate and department safety guidelines and rules.
• Receive resistors from the previous workstation and select corresponding housings and inserts.
• Check and set pressures and timers for molding cycles.
• Place resistors into the proper mold book, load them into the press, add the correct amount of mold compound, and activate the press.
• Unload resistors from the mold book, ensuring proper fill and quality.
• Maintain mold books, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Visually inspect the finished product for any defects.
