JPMorgan Chase Business Analysis Associate II - Branch Workforce Planning in Columbus, Ohio

As a Business Analysis Associate II a part of the Branch Team within Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for branch staffing and scheduling to ensure CCB Operation's business objectives are met. The primary responsibilities of this team include volume/demand forecasting, capacity planning, resource scheduling, and executive reporting. In this role, you will gain exposure to Regional Planning Leads across the country as you learn about driving improved hiring, scheduling execution, and maintaining service level performance in 29 regions and 4,900 branches. You will hone your thought-leadership and strategic-thinking through supporting ad hoc analysis & reporting, managing & improving processes, and leading cross-functional projects. In addition, you will have the ability to develop relationships with representatives across various groups as you coordinate to deliver on key consumer banking initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop business processes, reporting, and analytical tools to equip Regional Planning Leads in adding maximum value to their field based business partners

  • Leverage insights from the field to drive upstream process and planning improvements to better serve leadership at the regional and national-level

  • Coordinate with the field to remediate staffing and scheduling discrepancies

  • Create field materials and communications to highlight workforce planning status and opportunities

  • Own key issues, follow ups and action items to ensure they are effectively tracked and managed to resolution

  • Manage projects of varying sizes and complexities based on business needs

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Ability to deliver on tactical day-to-day challenges while continuing to ensure the overall program is managed effectively.

  • Strong influencing and change management skills. The successful candidate will need to affect change in processes and behaviors by clients, technology, and across partner groups.

  • Must have a high degree of attention to detail, specifically in ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.

  • Ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong data analysis skills; synthesizing information across multiple platforms, systems, and organizations.

  • Ideal candidate would be able to develop and deliver concise presentations that clearly articulate challenges, actions, and results for complex matters - creating clarity and a bias for action with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Well-versed in Consumer branch, Community, and/or retail environment to take into consideration in managing the workforce planning process

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/ training

  • 2-4 years work experience in related business fields

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Exposure to SharePoint and Tableau a plus
