Hours:

Part Time, M-F, 15 hours a week

Summary:

The Community Impact Capital (CIC) Associate position will provide both administrative and technical support to the CIC Impact Manager and team to further initiatives that will deepen CIC's relationships and impact with partners and in our communities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your manager on development of CIC's strategic impact initiatives

• Provide recommendations to improve impact program

• Utilizes specialized skills to coordinate, review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to the function served

• Serves as an administrative liaison with bank personnel, outside vendors and/or customers

  Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Course(s) of study applicable to the area of business

• A strong interest in Affordable Housing or Community Development as a career

• Experience with report creation and PowerPoint presentations

• Experience creating social media posts and assisting with communications campaigns through a story-telling lens

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development programming with a strong passion for social services and helping others

• Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to apply logical/critical thought processes when developing solutions

• Ability to display a positive business presence with management and external personnel

  Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
