Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Journey Enhancement Specialist for our Columbus, Ohio location. Responsibilities Collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement VAR strategies that align with business objectives. Coordinates the creation and distribution of VARs, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered in a timely manner. Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of VARs in supporting the sales process, making recommendations for improvement. Partners with the sales and marketing teams to identify patterns and causes of lost business. Tracks and reports on recovery efforts and success rates. Analyzes campaign performance and identifies areas for optimization to improve conversion rates.
